Free in-home measure and quote - PGT, CGI and CWS impact lines compared on your actual openings, style by style
Meet the Belle Glade Team Behind Sightline Windows & Doors Belle Glade
Every window we install in Belle Glade passes through the hands of people who live here, who know what a July afternoon does to west-facing glass, and who’ve measured enough openings in Pahokee and Canal Point to spot a settling foundation before the level comes out. We’re a small crew. We don’t rotate strangers through your house. The person who quotes your job is accountable for how it finishes, and that accountability has a name.
Our People
Sonia Raman, Owner
I started Sightline in 2012 after watching too many homeowners in Palm Beach County get a verbal price that ballooned once the old frame came out. That still happens. I measure every opening myself when the job calls for it, and I keep the first survey document in the file so nobody, including me, can rewrite what we found. My specialty is impact-rated systems for the older concrete-block homes you see throughout Belle Glade, where the original openings were never designed for modern load requirements and the retrofit has to be engineered, not forced. I will tell you if a manufacturer’s published rating overstates what that product will actually deliver on your specific wall. I have the test data. On weekends I tend a small vegetable patch behind the house that floods in September without fail, which has taught me more about drainage and flashing than any classroom.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with us seven years and runs the crew on every full-frame replacement we do in Belle Glade and south into the Glades. He’s certified in PGT and CGI impact installation, which matters because those two systems anchor differently, and mixing the hardware voids the warranty in ways the homeowner won’t discover until the first inspector asks to see the fastening schedule. Marcus checks every sill pan with a flashlight from inside the rough opening before the window goes in, because he’s seen too many “water issues” that were really just pan flashing installed backward. He coaches youth football in Clewiston and applies the same patience to explaining sightline measurements to homeowners who’ve never held a tape.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena handles our energy-efficient retrofits and the custom geometric work, the jobs where the original opening is some shape a builder freehanded in 1987 and no standard unit will fit without modification. She’s factory-trained on CWS and ECO Window Systems, and she’s the one who spots when a quoted rectangle won’t seat in a trapezoid wall without shimming that compromises the structural rating. Elena keeps a notebook of every wall she’s opened in Belle Glade, organized by neighborhood, because the construction eras here are distinct and the surprises repeat. She has two dogs who hate thunderstorms, which is how she knows our sound-attenuation specs are accurate down to the decibel.
Darnell K., Service Coordinator
Darnell answers the phones, schedules the surveys, and makes sure the photo record from every job is uploaded and linked to your file before the crew leaves the driveway. He’s the one who confirms your product selection against the written quote, line by line, because Haven Clause 1 means the measurement and the price are the same document, and Darnell is the last checkpoint before that document becomes a work order. He’s been with Sightline four years and knows which manufacturer is running long on which profile, information that saves customers from choosing a unit that won’t ship for twelve weeks. Darnell grew up in Belle Glade and still lives three blocks from the high school, which means he drives past former jobs regularly and notices when something doesn’t look right.
Javi M., Apprentice Installer
Javi joined us in 2023 after two years in general construction and a realization that he wanted to specialize in something he could see finished. He’s working through our internal certification on Therma-Tru door systems and basic impact glazing, and he’s not allowed to sign off on a job until Marcus has checked his fastening pattern and Elena has reviewed his sealant bead. Javi asks the questions veterans stop asking, which sometimes catches assumptions the rest of us have made. He lives in South Bay and commutes up State Road 80, so he’s the first to know when weather is moving in and the last to leave a job if the caulking needs cure time.
One Standard, Every Job

Sightline Windows & Doors Belle Glade is independently owned and operated under the Haven Standard, which governs every installation across our network of ten home-service brands. That standard is not a suggestion. Haven Clause 1 means your written price is fixed before work starts. Haven Clause 2 means we arrive when we said we would. Haven Clause 3 means the technician at your door is background-checked, uniformed, and identified by license number. Haven Clause 4 means you get a documented photo record of every phase. Haven Clause 5 means no surprise charges, no change orders, no “we found something we didn’t expect.”
The 365-Day Done Right Promise applies to every job we complete in Belle Glade, Pahokee, Canal Point, and throughout the western Palm Beach County communities we serve. If it’s not done right, we make it right. That promise is written into the Haven Standard, not offered as a courtesy. We’ve installed more than 18,000 windows and doors since 2012, and every one of them left with a written price, a documented record, and a named person accountable for the result.
Call (561) 286-4734 to schedule your free estimate. You’ll speak to a live person, 24/7. We’ll measure your opening, give you a written quote you keep, and if you’ve already got a competitor’s estimate, we’ll review it at no charge. The price we write is the price you pay. That’s Haven Clause 1, and it’s how we’ve worked since 2012.
